Dr. Aditi Raghuram · PhD · PCC-ICF
Coaching, consulting, and workshops for professionals and organisations who take their work seriously and want to take themselves just as seriously.
About
Aditi holds a PhD in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Houston and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. She spent over two decades in academia: teaching, researching, consulting, and building programmes, before moving into full-time coaching and consulting in 2020.
She has lived and worked in the US, Canada, Korea, Germany, and India, and has worked with clients across the world. That breadth has shown her what leadership looks like in very different contexts: different cultures, different industries, different pressures, different life stages.
She works from the view that good work — work you can keep doing — requires knowing yourself well enough to make real choices. She works 1:1 with individuals and in groups, with leaders, professionals, and organisations.

What people say
Aditi has been an inspiration from the day I met her. She asks the tough questions, and the way she cares about psychological safety in organisations is something you feel, not just something she talks about. I would work with her in any organisation.
Working with Aditi helped me see patterns I had been carrying for years. She asks questions nobody else was asking me. I came in knowing something was off. I left knowing what to do about it.
The workshop Aditi ran for our team was unlike anything we had done before. It had real substance and people felt it. Three months later they were still bringing it up.
