Helping Leaders Thrive From the Inside Out

About Me

We will bring you to the next level of bussiness.

“I’m Dr. Aditi Raghuram, and my work is rooted in the belief that leadership is not just about outcomes—it’s about connection, trust, and hoe people feel in your presence long after the metrics fade. I create spaces where leaders and professionals can reconnect with their values, strengthen emotional resilience, and lead with clarity, care, and conviction.”

Experience

My Experience

I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston, TX, USA. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve taught business psychology and human resources, and consulted on topics like emotions at work, inclusive leadership, and organizational well-being across diverse sectors and geographies. My work spans private and nonprofit organizations—large, medium, and small—across North America, Europe, Asia, and the SWANA region.

As a coach, I’ve worked with over 200 clients globally in both individual and group settings. As a speaker and facilitator, I’ve led transformative workshops for audiences of over 300 people, across both tech and non-tech industries. I bring a diversity of perspectives from my global experience to enhance client learning and engagement. Whether I’m coaching one person or engaging a full room, my focus is the same: to support meaningful, values-aligned growth.

Approach

My Approach

With training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and professional coaching, I bring a blend of evidence-based tools, deep listening, multi-cultural and spiritual perspectives, and strategic insight to every engagement. I alter my approach to meet clients where they are emotionally, spiritually, and culturally. My clients value the way I hold space for complexity—helping them navigate both internal challenges and external demands with courage and compassion.
